I am a professor at the Institute of Informatics, University of Warsaw. I work on algorithms in particular on algebraic methods, dynamic algorithms, stochastic algorithms, planar graphs and approximation algorithms.

We have recently created an Interest Group on Algorithmic Foundations of Information Technology (IGAFIT) that aim to promote algorithms in Europe. It is an interesting page as it tries to collect all job posts in algorithms in Europe IGAFIT.
